The Cardross Football Netball Club, proudly known as the Cardross Lions, has been part of the local community since 1962 when it joined the Millewa Football Netball League. With a rich history that includes early premiership success and a strong tradition of grassroots sport, the club continues to grow as a place where people of all ages can connect, compete, and belong. Today, CFNC fields men’s and women’s football as well as a full range of netball teams, offering opportunities for players at every level.
More than just sport, Cardross is about community. Training is held every Tuesday and Thursday night, with the whole club coming together on Thursday evenings for a shared meal during the season—a great chance for families, friends, and supporters to catch up. Whether you’re keen to play, volunteer, or simply cheer from the sidelines, the Lions welcome you to be part of a club that values inclusion, tradition, and the joy of sport.
